Americana Scavenger Hunt List

When I was little, my siblings and I always put together a scavenger hunt list in the neighborhood to get us outside when we had a sleepover.

Since it’s summer, getting outdoors helps us mentally and physically. Below is an Americana Scavenger Hunt List for you (or supervisor) and your kids to do together.

Items to find on your journey:

1. American Flag
2. A house with 4th of July decor outside.
3. A red vehicle 
4. A white mailbox
5. House painted blue
6. House made of brick
7. A neighbor with kids and ask if they can join your team in the hunt.
8. A house with a dog 
9. A sidewalk/driveway with chalk drawings 
10. A house with a swing out front
