Curb Appeal
Let's talk Curb Appeal! It's the first thing you notice when approaching any home or neighborhood and can easily affect the attraction to potential buyers. There are many ideas to adding curb appeal to your home on a budget. Below are a few of my favorite:
- Lawn/Bush and Tree maintenance - clean cut grass, trimmed bushes or a water resistant dryscape can go a LONG way my friends!
- Painting your mailbox - easy and affordable option.
- Adding mulch to flowerbeds - even if they are empty (it looks better than dirt).
- Purchasing urns and water resistant plants on each side of your garage.
- Magnetic garage door hardware - changes the entire appearance of your home from the street (Amazon purchase for $16)
- The top picture is my house when we purchased it and the bottom is after.
- We painted, put new windows in, replaced outdoor wall lights on each side of the garage door and added hardware to the garage door. The front isn’t nearly finished, but at least it’s not super scary to look at anymore.
